Indirect sales of alcoholic beverages include situations where the purchase or payment of entrance entitles the attendee to alcoholic beverages included with the event such as a hosted bar, open bar, and even a wine with dinner.

In Utah, the provider or host of an event where alcohol is served can be held responsible for any harm caused by an intoxicated guest.
